2007 American Legion Baseball Senior (AAA) Playoff Format

The winner of the league Championship shall be the team with the best win loss percentage of all league games played. If two or more teams are tied, all tied teams will be declared co champions.

  • For seeding into the division tournament all five (5) teams in the league will play in post season action.
  • Each team will be seeded according to the individual league records at the end of the regular season.
  • If all games have not been played and can’t be rescheduled each teams record will be based on a percentage of wins vs. loses
  • If there are teams tied for any place finished, after the season is completed, the team with the best league series record against the other tied teams will be declared the winner of that place
  • If there are still teams tied for any position the Division V SOP on tie breakers will be used

  • The winner of game 8 will be the Division V # 1 seed to the State Tournament and the loser will be the # 2 seed to the State Tournament.
  • Home team for each game will be the highest seeded team.
  • All games will be 9 inning games.
  • There will be a “10 run rule” in all games.
  • The state Senior Tournament will be played in Yakima starting on August 4th.
  • Teams must arrive in Yakima on August 3rd.
